With Norman Osborn holding a Dark Reign over the Marvel Universe I’ve been introduced to the character of Daken, Wolverine’s son. Aside from his pheromone-based emotion manipulation powers, I love the idea of the character having fallen very far from the tree. Daken is a young man of wealth, culture and breeding (no pun intended, his name is Japanese for mongrel). I would love to see him written as a Bret Easton Ellis character, part charmer, part snob, all sociopath. This is where this image was born from.

You'd have thought with all that good breeding, he'd have better taste in haircuts and not look like one of the old punks drinking cider near Camden tube. Then again, maybe its an ironic statement?
